Return and Exchange Policy


SPECIAL CONDITIONS

  • We are unable to allow the return of any Primary Lifesaving Equipment. This includes life rafts and EPIRBs.
  • For personal floatation devices such as life jackets and immersion suits we must be notified within ten (10) days of your receipt and the goods must be unworn in their original packaging with all USCG mandated labeling still attached.
  • We are unable to allow the return of goods that must be shipped as dangerous goods (hazardous material) such as flares or compressed gas cylinders.
  • All of our strap assemblies are made to order and are not returnable.
REFUND POLICY
1-30 Days After Purchase
• If you paid by credit card the amount will be credited to the same card.
• Shipping charges will not be credited.
• Refund will be issued upon our receipt of the original goods complete with all packaging and accessories. For personal floatation devices such as life jackets and immersion suits we must be notified within ten (10) days of your receipt and the goods must be unworn in their original packaging with all USCG mandated labeling still attached.

More Than 30 Days After Purchase
• Due to the nature of the goods we provide we are unable to provide a refund.

EXCHANGES
• If we have filled your order incorrectly we will replace the item(s) or provide a refund, PROVIDED goods must be unworn, in their original packaging with all USCG mandated labeling still attached, and in saleable condition."
